Cinema..here we come...

Today marks one of the 'first' for dina..today is the day she experienced her first movie watched in a cinema...
at first we thought that MBO(yes,i know..most of us are only familiar wif TGV & GSC) but hey,at least there's a wayang in kluang,owkay..anyway..we thot we cud still catch kungfu panda on screen but alas, it wasn't going to be dina's first movie in a cinema..it was 'Journey to the Centre of the Earth' starring Brandon Fraser and idunnowhoelse..
yes,we know,of all movies, we chose the so-called 'action packed' and full of 'adventure' type of movie..hello,can't expect us to choose 'Hellboy II' or 'Hancock' for a 2 years old...
so, she sat on her daddy's lap the whole time.to make her feel comfortable, we made her 'milk-susu' that she drank during the movie.we didn't count on watching the movie till the end coz we thot she may feel bored and want to get out..but she was ok..well,she did sleep about 1/2 an hour/45 min tp kire oraitla:-)
the 1st time she heard the loud sound effects, she looked quite taken aback,and daddy was worried that the nxt time we bring her to the movies, she would be phobia, but i think she's gonna be fine becoz after the movies, we asked her how she feels and she started telling bits of the stories to us..maknenye ok lar kot:-|

there goes another first in anissa irdina's life...
now daddy has promised u that next we can watch 'Madagascar 2'..Alright!!!

jigsaw puzzle

guess what??dina has 'conquered' her jigsaw puzzle..it's the one with 24 pieces, which is meant for children aged 3+ years old..and dina is only 2 years and 3 months old,yea dina!!!mummy & daddy are so proud of you..i guess we have to find more of that for u to practice,huh..we get nanna to buy for u ok,heheheh(she was the one suggested us to buy the puzzle to 'test' dina).
when me & hubby first tried out her skill, we were amazed at her intensity completing the puzzle with her deft hands.we actually found out about this when my maid told me that "dina sudah boleh main itu"..
my dina has grown...

hehehe..whatatitle huh??coz mary poppins said,if u dun have anything good to say,u can say these 'words' and here u go...so,i'm now blogging again on a lazy sunday evening in my new rented house(for the past 3 weeks now)..the scenario-little dina's sleeping away, hubby is taking a bath(he's fond of that,especially on hot days,oooohhh!!),i just switched off the tv coz it has been on since morning!!(poor tv,no rest at all)so, it's pretty much quiet,n i can hear the sound of the fan,kreek,kreek(not rosak,but a bit squeaky),the sound of boys dribbling basketball,probably at the nearby playground..hmm,yup,it's the end of the weekend...most of the time,hate the smell and feel of it,but i tried to cheer things up by going for a coffee with my dear lil' family..which is what we r going to do in a short while, oo,and by the way,my sleepy dina is half-awake nnn a bit drowsy and grumpy..hmm,this might take awhile....owhkay,i gotta go,i'll continue later,if hubby tak pakai laptop karang la:-)
ok..i'm back, and no,we didn't drink coffee,instead we went and bought dina's milk supply..what an 'exciting' evening,rite,hhihihi..anyway,on the way out,the shop was playing 'if u r happy and u know it,stamped ur feet' and guess what,dina actually stamped her feet,hehehe..very clever darling:-)
to end my sunday evening tonite, i was hoping that i cud check out the 'Sex and The City' DVD that i bought last week..cross my finger that dina won't request for 'Ratatouille' or 'Kungfu Panda' or 'Happy Feet',then i'll be on my way...ciou!!

where to go for a holiday??

today is the first day of the new financial year 08/09..(oh wow!!)it's mid year already??my,my,how time flies..nway,i kinda made up my mind,i'm not gonna think much about getting pregnant,it will only sort of stress me out(sbnrnye xdela sgt,hihih)but of course i'm hopeful..so stress=not pregnant,rite??!!
the other day,took a quiz just for fun to find out how many kids i would have,n the result is pretty similar to what i'm planning..but then,it's not final,we can only plan,but Allah decides..i'm not gonna tell what's the result,it will spoil the fun of guessing:-)
nway,i peep thru one of hubby's couz facebook,n she has this albums full of pixs of her trips to various countries in europe..n i can't help feeling 'dang' envious!!how i wish we could travel like that!!all i can do now is to dream it, believe it, and i know 1 day,we'll be able to travel,it's only a matter of time..yup,that's just it,rite!!DREAM and BELIEVE...
still haven't come to the holiday part!!mane nak pergi ek??at least a short holiday..the other day we planned a holiday for just the three of us,but apparently hubby had another plan..he invited his parents along..don't get me wrong,i'm very ok with my in-laws,but for once,i would like to really go on a holiday Just The THREE of Us??wonder if i will ever get to do that coz my in-laws love to go on holidays,and most of the time,they are the ones doing the planning,of coz they have to come..tak tau la,pening gak mende ni..i know my hubby bukan senang nak inform his parents that only the three of us is going...
